* Moved the global database open command higher in the page execution, this will allow for only open trip to the database instead of 3-4 per page view, will allow much faster page execution.
* Remove excess database connections in the user auth functions.
* Fixed bug that was not deleting members of the same session from the session table if they were super authenticated.
* Fixed timeout on "Online Users" so that they reflect the global site timeout and not 3 mins.
* Disabled site themes (custom colors) since they don't really with our logos and I don't think anyone is using them. Should speed up page building since there is no DB theme check before page load.
