MC RizlaDizla Vibes and Dougal are two top DJ's but who do you prefere.

For Mixing abilaty I would have to say Dougal. Hardly ever hear a mistake in his sets.

Vibes for record choice. I think Vibes plays the better stuff out of the two. Happy Chessey goodness. Dougal went complety trance in 99 and early 2000 with was all abit too much for me.

"Oh my goodness, Oh my Gosh. Here we go with a badboy rush".
virus vibes.

no question.

DJ Mouse nah dougal's my hero, they both play top tunes but dougal is THE mix master, out of all the tapes i've heard from him,i've never heard a single double-beat from him, every mix he does is just perfect

DJ Mouse In Da House!!!
happyraveruk although both good dj's, i'm going with dougal. his mixing is impecable, and he always manages to please, especially since i'm one for cheese. hey that rhymed :o). plus i haven't been impressed with the last few sets i've seen from vibes, even though i've also seen him play some great sets, and heard him at his best from older tape packs.

You look like you're in another world, but i can read your mind. 4 o'clock in the morning, and it's starting to get light.
Elation I love alot of stuff Dougal did pre 97. then he just got into straight beats. even though Vibes playes alot of rip-offs, my vote goes to him. over all, I think Vibes has been a better producer (especially the older crazy breaks stuff he did with Wishdokta) and a more interesting DJ too.

Midway_raver 20 years ago, they called it disco, 20 years later now its hardcore techno, where will be 20 years from now, my man the VIBES is showing me how:) Vibes all the way, i dnt think its teh dj's fault i think we shud judge them both around 96 , 97 , 98 coz i personally dont liek alot of teh stuff liek trancecore which they sound liek tere playing some times, but hey Vibes did a weondeful set @ Skelter not too long ago back in 99, so my vote still with him:) HARDCORE ALL THE WAY

Ant B

Lixx Silver is right on with the old skool comment; Vibes most definitely rules. I've never heard anyone bring out the best in happy hardcore by matching it up with its old skool roots like he can. Dougal's (older) sound is tight as well; a big thumpin bowl of cheese never hurt anyone =P
