DJ Pathfinder you can send me a tape .

i would to judge you if you want.

You can't see me,because i am the future.
Elation dont get too worried about playing along side pros. thay all started at the same spot youre at now.

i know http://www.evolutionrecords.net/ will give fer mix a listen to.

http://www.nextgenerationrecords.co.uk/ probably will too.

if you can encode the mix to 56k and post it on a site, you could get alot of feedback that way.

Heist K: For live, foldback speakers in clubs/raves etc are ALWAYS distorted, so you gotta trust your headphones more and concentrate harder on where you are in the track you're playin. You need to keep a more constant eye on you're beatmatches cause distroted or just plain loud foldback makes it harder to notice your mixes slipping out.

Watch you're levels, Too much trebble is most ocmmon problem with djs. Get someone to signal you on your eqs in the crowd to get best result.

Do you plan you're sets when you play out or just play whatever?

www.mp3.com/djheist
Midway_raver if im on ma own in ma room ill plan ma set in ma head and do that n get it mur accurate i.e teh mixing etc, btu if popel r there judging ill plan ma set in ma head agen btu also keep n eye on wot there reaction 2 certain trax is n just if tehy dnt liek hard ill go softe rthan i planned etc, i think its importnat to keep with ur own style btu also liek i do play for teh peoples support ok ma mates rnt exactly a "crowd" but i no they now there hardcore so it helps!
