Does anyone else apart from me use Reason from Proppellarhed software to produce tunes?
I think its pretty good cause it mimmicks using actual equipment as in you have a mixer board and you attatch devices like synths and drum machines and then sequence the music seperately. Copying and pasting is very annoying but for effects and mastering its great.
What does everyone else not using a full studio use?

Got my hands on Fruity loops and didn't have a clue what to do. Want to build up a studio wants my rooms down. I think I'm gonna need someone who knows to come round for a couple of hours and show me the ropes.
I've been reccomened Music Creater.
I got this choon called Blowjob (What do you want) its gonna be kind of hard hardcore mixed with gabba. For this though I'm gonna go round this persons house to make it up. I should be able to pick 1 or 2 things up there.

Umm...
I find Reason is OK for when ur using the PC on its own, But i find Orion Pros layout alot better for me perosanlly, and i like the idea of a mixing console growing as you add modules.
Also, Orion lets u run VST and DX effects, as well as VSTi's with really low latency. Fruity however, milks the systems juice when combined with HW.
As for Cubase, yes, i agee, it kicks ass, but its ALOT more complicated than these other proggies mentioned...
umm.. Ive moved away frm software thou, but still use Orion, coz its so damn fun!
