i've never heard the track, but i know it has those vocals in it..

i have that bzrk record, and its not that one..

manic There were two records I had with "go with the flow" sample in them. It sounds like you are talking about the Bizerk label. About 12, 13 0r 14 I think. It was a blur label. The other record I think was UK produced, but, I'm not sure.

Heist Its got an amen break in it and just starts with a kickdrum and the rap, then goes into breaks+bassline then a organ synth breakdown.

Its from 1994 and sounds kinda kniteforcey but im pretty sure its not on kniteforce
