betamuse

Betamuse is a new digital label based in South Florida, USA, specializing in UK Hardcore, Freeform and Breakbeat Hardcore.

With the strong defecit of quality digital labels in Hardcore the few that are active are usually too busy pushing their own artists or have too limited resources to sign tracks from unknown talent. As such, many exceptional tunes end up being overlooked and either die on a hard drive or get distributed through the newcomer's limited network. Betamuse not only gives those exact tunes a well respected and high quality platform through which to be heard and exposed, but brings together the talented artists from around the world in an environment that promotes creativity and collaboration.

We have strong faith that there are many talented but overlooked producers walking among us with music that should be represented on a label they can be proud to be a part of. Betamuse wants to answer that call.

We hope to hear feedback from you guys! Thanks!

Audio Warfare Very nice schedule there to start things off mate. :) Great selection of tunes. Your American dates confused me at first though haha.

Set to be a BIG label. 8)

Yeah, same here. I was thinking the two first releases would come in July but the third in april and I thought "eh?"

Tracks sound good. Falling really reminds me of Scott Brown, at least the sounds used. Nothing really wrong with that ofc, just really reminds me of him.
betamuse Thank you for pointing that out guys, the flier may end up being revised to say "February 7" etc instead of just numbers to avoid any further confusion.
Mortis I like Aquarius, Falling & No Other like You. The musical side of those tracks is really nice but I'm not sure on the production. Surprising really because I've always found Rythmics' stuff to be really crisp but these seem a bit muddy. It could be the quality of the clip uploaded of course. Will be checking them out when they arrive.

i agree allthough he has improved

the artwork has a spelling mistake
ellie is a great vocalist

needs a more core all over the world i hope this label represents that :)
betamuse Flier has been updated with more internationally friendly dates and Betamuse's first release will be out this Monday (January 31 2011) on TrackItDown, Hard Beats Download and IMO Download.

Thank you for the kind words! We aim to impress :D

Mortis, those are 128 clips uploaded on SoundCloud and the Aquarius clip is rather old now (Six months or so) and since then has been updated to meet today's standards...as far as big kick hardcore goes anyway :D. The final version with professional mixdown and master will be on the Betamuse SoundCloud shortly. We hope you'll find the final releases to your liking and look forward to your feedback!
Mortis I'll be sure to check them out
betamuse One last bump before our first release this Monday!
