Vladel Had a run through this on Juno before and it's not pleasing at all. I literally didn't like any of it which was a bit shocking and i put it down to the style on that album. It seems to me just as the mainstream stuff becomes bearable, they go and change it again to make it even jerkier. I know it's one album and not a fair representation of the overall scene at the moment but i think it's been a hard year so far. I'm not even buying M-Projects weaponised soul because there is only one track on it that i like and don't own.

In terms of albums we haven't had much, HH2 was pretty good and Electronic dreamer surprised me certainly but this year definately shows what happens when HU aren't firing on all cylinders. There's been a few good singles that have come out but so far the highlight for me is the hardscape album.

Also shockingly, i actually bought two stamina tracks! It seems i like Tamerax.

How has everyone else found it?
Captain Triceps I've pretty much entirely gone the "new old skool" route. I still buy new hardcore if I like it but not remotely close to the amount I was doing.
Samination And they pulled Joey Riot into the mess too... Though the first track sounded somewhat ok.

But it must hurt Breeze's ego that s3rl is on there and not him :D
djDMS Quite enjoyed the first one, vol 2 is pretty awful though.

Still buying the odd bit but there's very little interesting me right now.

And yes, Daniel Seven is ace.
Samination yea, Daniel outdid himself on his artist album
Sc@r we just had a album come out today hopefully will be on more your level - has a varity of artists on all levels and styles of rave genres from uk hardcore , freeform up to hardcore.

warped_candykid It certainly has become hard to find new songs I like; it all has that soft drum, or that watery synth sample. Nothing has those hard-filled drums like the early raver baby releases, and no one is doing anything interesting with the intros/outros, and mid-sections are either non-existant, or it just repeats an earlier section of the track. What happened to when the mid-point was actually exciting?

Have they actually banned people? I wouldn't know because I never went or followed them.

apparently. Well ; on fb atleast. Being such whiners though; maybe they will ban people from their parties too. It is 2017; after all. That would not suprise me. I cannot comment or like or do anything on their page.. Not like I was rudely cussing them out or anything. Just stating my worry concerning the owners of HTID and how it will effect our show here. Example: I mean ; how many people need to comment on Gammers page " wheres the hardcore bro" before hardcore promoters stop booking ****ing Gammer. ( Or any 2017 like sounding garbage).

*mind explodes* .

Joey riot had been brilliant the last few years but he has a lot less releases since he started doing the promo list thing and the releases that have made it have been less than great.
