After a rather piss poor visit to Juno last night, I was kicking around soundcloud and I was looking at folk who's tracks had struck a chord with me these last few years and I came across a song called "to eternity" which I have since bought. It seems to use quite a lot of the modern elements pushed by the mainstream hardcore producers yet unlike styles etc, he's made a great blend of the modern and a jcore style euphoria that is just fantastic. I've played it over and over this morning and I seriously recommend looking it up.
This and a superb album released on HU earlier this year makes the man definitely worth watching out for.
The man deserves great expect and has my admiration. Well done Daniel Seven. |

Seriously clever & creative guy! I spent a lot of time with him in Tokyo in April (a couple of gigs but mostly eating ramen!). I was amazed when he spoke to me about the sheer passion & emotion he channelled into his music.
Ive put a few tracks out for him now, including some free ones on the free Future State Hardcore albums.
What a talent! His 'Electronic Happy Dreamer' album is possibly my favourite release of the year, mostly for the reasons Vladel laid out in his post. Excellent blend of styles. |

That's a really ace track, not really feeling much of the new stuff but that's sweet, id be interested what it is exactly people use to make that lead sound though (like how loads of happy stuff all used roland alpha juno hoovers back then) as its particular sound is used a lot at the moment. |

Only met him a couple of times - really nice bloke. Down to earth and a great producer. He played a great set at HU's ten-year party and the love he got from the crowd and Keyes on the mic was pretty amazing. |
