Hard2Get Unfortunately i can't help with the ID, but is that really what Makina sounds like these days? It has literally no similarity at all to the last Makina i heard. The first tune sounds like normal Hardcore and the one at the end is closest to Hardstyle.
Samination the bit at 1:10 definitely sounds like it's 2 tracks overlapping, but still, it's very makina sounding.

The outgoing track is presumably a "hard base" track (basically a makina track without melody).

If anything, the original (I can't stop the motion) is by Komakino (same guys that made the original You're My Angel as Final Fantasy)
trippnface Makina in general changed ALOT after M project basically stopped giving a **** about j core or makina.
Doombringer2016 Thanks for the input fellas. I'll try and message the artist again...sometimes they don't know the song either.
Meke I love original Komakino - I Can't Stop The Motion track and i know REDALiCE made cover called
Psychedelic Syndrome 2005 but never heard ID track.

And there is also makina cover called Kamikaze - I Can't Stop The Motion (1997)
