Are you sure its not just the DJ throwing down the police song over the top of a different breakbeat track as they don't really sound in time enough to be a real track.

actually i just found it! (through some cursory googling heh whoop) turns out it's Sonic Trip - Walking On The Moon (Tazmanian Devil Hardcore Remix)
that top cat track is massive tho!! been meaning to drop it in a mix since i heard it in Breakbeat Revolution 1 |
