Yeah but you can't lift the bar, so what would you know about benching ?
Most I ever did was 7 cheeseburgers in a row. I bought 10, but managed 7 before I was gonna barf.
I had the other 3 for breakfast next day ;)

I've done 6 Double Cheeseburgers from McDonalds.
I ate the top and bottom buns of 5, and then put them all together in a stack.

not really the same as a full quarter pounder, as the burger and bun have an extra 2 inches in diameter on all the other burgers and more the size of a rustlers tex mex

6 Double cheeseburgers is much more meat than a quarter pounder.
I actually like Rustlers. Not the greatest quality, but taste nice.

Well you said your bar was 45kg. But I won't knock anyone who lifts.

45kg is barely lifting though is it.

Its 45kg more than nothing, I won't criticise anyone who does something towards their own fitness.
