I can't beleive it, i had finally found a copy of Unique - Distant skies / feelin fine . i had ordered it about a week ago and the company sent me back a confirmation e-mail. Now they do their businned through paypal ( which sorta sux) but for the moment their paypal service was down and said they would hold on to the record for me until it was fixed. well, today was the day paypal got fixed but as luck would bloody have it, thwey said that Distant skies was sold out.. I can't ******* I N belive it. all my long searches.....
well that royaly pissed me off. has this sort of sketchy business happened to anyone else befor??? if so , does it not seriously take a nice bite of your left ass cheek?

you'll get this occasionally with doing e-business. not everything on the website will be up to date. but if they sent you an email confirming that the record was in stock and that you had ordered, then you have a right to be pissed off =P
you should demand coupons or something, report them to the bbb =P

ya thats true, i don't know if i'll go as far as reporting them for i found quite the stock of rares and hard to finds that i'll want to purchase in the future but yes, it mad me quite quite mad, he wrote an e-mail back saying sorry for the whole dilemma and will e-mail me as soon as it comes back in. thatds good and all but i wanted it now. who knows when it'll come in stock again

I went to WEMF 2K1 last year and one of my favorite sets was Jon the Dentist.
So a couple of months later I ordered the live recorded mix from a company, After over a month they sent me
John 00 Fleming. I sent this back and had a few emails with the guys over there and they confirmed that they would send the proper copy.
After waiting about two months, and me bothering them alot, they said that they had sent a first cd, and since that did'nt reach me they sent a second. Both of those... well they didnt get here.
And now they are out of them.
Having a few words via E-mail with they guys they said they would give me a discount = to my loss and my next purchase.
I placed and order and that cd got here fine.

i think an internet site claiming to be selling stuff is just a bunch of people wanting to take a short loan, like a drug dealer, they take ur money, give you it back a week later saying they cant do it over and over again because i remember once triying to buy the bonkers 3 cd and they hit me with almost the same shit, they said it would take a week to send it out and then guess what, a week later i get my money back with an appology saying they couldnt send it coz they never had enuff coppies i think the company was CD NOW and after that they were trying to ask me to buy mp3's?
mate i can get mp3s for **** all so dont start.
also the album in mp3s was dearer than the album on cd!

They should have a copy of this at http://www.fliprecords.co.uk/main.html . Just curious, did you find that first copy at dance vinyl finder?
