not a fan. its not so much badly made, but it really struggles to flow like the original did.

Woah, that sounds awful keeping it at 200bpm. Reduced it to 180 though in Audacity and its actually listenable. Not heard the original (im not into the whole LOTR stuff), im not too keen on the track its not really my sort of thing, but it sounds like its got some real potential. Needs a bit of work but it definitley could be a stompin little happy track. Oh and slow it down a bit for god's sake ;)

I'm afraid I have to agree with the others.

It's way too fast and it just doesn't really excite me. I'm sure some people will find it awesome, though, because I think it's just a matter of taste - production-wise it's good!

huge fan here too :)
fun track, I would only say that it needs a little more work to blend it with the original song (2:15-3:10) so it doesnt sound like you just added and kick and thats it
other than that its pretty cool

Well I have to say that I really like it in 200 bpm. It's so fast and full of energy, like my mind is full of so many thought the whole time. I could never make it slower!

I also love the middle part. In my opinion adding too much stuff in here would really destroy this great original track, so I just added kicks and snares and some effects, but not too much.

Sad that you don't like it as much as I do. But I really love it and that's the most important thing I guess

Course your love of the track is the most important thing. I love all my mixes and the tracks im attempting to make, doesnt mean theyre perfect though ;)

Imo at 200bpm the track just meshes together, it loses all power. I slowed it down to 180 and it was great. Very powerful, fun, happy and still fun of energy. I respect its your track and you dont wanna change it, but im sure more people will love it almost as much as you if you did.

I dont know why everyone is complaining about the bpm, it sounds perfectly good to me, but i guess is just a matter of tastes

and CorDharel, I think you misunderstood me, I didnt meant you add more stuff... that indeed would ruin the fun

what I meant exactly, is that in that middle part, the kick is too continuous, i mean it never stops, in contrast with the melody in the violin, which is kind of more paused, so that continuous kick kind of ruins the groove of the violin

exactly here 2:41 - 2:58
i think the kick in this part should do something like what the violin is doing, which is some sort of "answer - response" kind of feel

lol, sorry for being so annoying, its just that everytime I reach that specific part, i feel my ears asking for it

It sounds more akin to the makina style. The BPM is in my opinion, good enough.

I am not into this style but it does sound good and again, speedwise, nothing wrog at all from my perspective (but I thrive on 180+).

I like it. But...it could use a bit more something...something to add so it just isn't full-on melody. Some noise or samples or something. BPM is fine though.
