Made this bootleg of 'Call on Me' and im pretty happy about it so far except for this bass that I can't seem to get it to hit hard. it starts right after the chorus and the channel is already clipping but it still sounds weak..
Anyone got tips?

It does sound a little muffled. You could try adding a layer of mid frequencies, maybe with a little distortion, so that it cuts through more on little speakers.
