Has anyone ever had issues ordering from the 24/7 hardstore? I placed an order at the start of December and it came just before Christmas but i was missing Dark Shadows 7 which was part of the order, i've emailed Al and private messaged him but to no avail! Hes blatantly ignoring me and i haven't even got a reply let alone my product, i'm kind of pissed to be honest as i haven't got what i paid for, plus something similar happened a few years ago when i placed an order i had eat rave in the order, at the time of ordering i wasn't sure if it was the digital version or the phsyical version as didn't properly say on the site, but there was meant to be a discount at the time on 24/7 website but wasn;t coming up on my order at the time, so i messaged him on the chat on his site and low and behold he replys straight away! Anyway get me order sorted and i don't receive the physical of eat rave just the didgital download, i message him back on the chat on his website and no reply, i left it at that because it didn't specifcally say i was purchasing physical but i would of liked a reply to state that, and now this! Its not a coincidence! But this clearly states that i've purchased the cd, usb plus didgital and i didn't get it plus i'm being blatantly ignored in the process when trying to find out about it, think its pretty shoddy tbh, especially because i own near enough every release on 24/7, the physical albums/cds etc and can't even get a reply! And the irony also i gave a tip on top of my order and don't even receive all of it, i'm thinking thats me and 24/7 hardcore done! As why should i buy any more of there products as i'm not even sure i'll get it or give more money to people like that, what a way to treat your fans and customers!!!!

sadly, this appears to be an issue with stores run by the labels themselves. Not the first time I've felt like Al (and others) have ghosted me when I've tried to contact them (at least it wasn't about purchases like yours)
it would've been much better if they could offload these kind of responsibilities onto someone else, but alas, being a label and store in a smaller genre, I doubt Al has the money to pay for a fulltime employee to handle it.
I understand it that Al's had some stuff taking up his time, like moving around and stuff. But it doesn't take away his duty to take care of business. Especially not if he has time to post about "ooh, look at the stuff I found while moving, I'm putting it on the store so you can buy it!" instead of dealing with any outstanding orders/issues beforehand.

Yea ive had an issue in the past myself. I wont go into detail but i had orderd some cds and they never showed up. Messaged multiple times to be told it would be sorted. In the end i requested a refund through paypal and got the money back that way.
Its a shame as they are pretty much the only label selling albums now with no HU.

Yeah i seen that to be fair, there was a couple of bits i seen that i don't own like the rebuild cd that i comtemplated ordering, not now though!!!

Yeah lad, and i like the 24/7 hardcore label in general and i still like purchasing new music and cds, but am i really gonna give more money to them after the way i'm being treated and not even 100% sure i'll even get what i've paid for!!

Yeah me too. Im a big album collector and they have loads on there that i would love to have but im not going to risk it again. I thought he got Rob IYF to do the store side but i guess not. Funny enough ive bought stuff on discogs that has been sold by al and thats come ok?! Must be because its through a third party. Might be worth trying that.
