i am after a happy hardcore track that had a male vocal saying something like "you were only 17" and then i seem to remember another part of the vocal saying "i just want to let you know"
i know this isnt much to go at but maybe som1 out there may know it, i hope.

Not listened to the link but going by those lyrics id hazard a guess that Sy is involved.

Another wow, I read this ID ages ago and I for some reason didn't think it was JOEE's Angel you where thinking about.
Also, I havent heard a hardcore remix of it at all. Are you sure it's not a time stretched version you hearD?
